Please support the neighborhood by submitting your annual dues - we
appreciate your help in strengthening our neighborhood's resources. 
A big thanks for renewing or becoming a member! 


Membership is open to all of the residents that reside within the subdivisions
that fall under the East Lawndale boundaries - Forest Hill, Marlo/Rainbow Place,
Mason Park Addition, and Mason Park Terrace.

Member households are entitled to up to 2 votes if 2 qualified members of the household are attending a meeting.  Annual membership dues per household are $50, unless a household wishes to contribute at a higher level.

For an individual membership (single member, 1 vote), annual dues are $30.  For those aged 65 and older, individual membership is $20 annually.

Step 2:  Pay your dues.

Annual membership dues are $30 for an individual member, $20 for a senior member (age 65 and up), or $50 per household membership (entitled to 2 votes).

You can pay your dues in one of the following ways:
  1. You may pay your dues in person, by cash or check, at our next monthly meeting.
  2. You may also pay by U.S. mail with a check made payable to East Lawndale Civic Association.  Mail to P.O. Box 231243, Houston, TX, 77223
