Please support the neighborhood by submitting your annual dues - we appreciate your help in strengthening our neighborhood's resources. A big thanks for renewing or becoming a member!

Membership is open to all of the residents that reside within the subdivisions that fall under the East Lawndale boundaries - Forest Hill, Marlo/Rainbow Place, Mason Park Addition, and Mason Park Terrace.

Member households are entitled to up to 2 votes if 2 qualified members of the household are attending a meeting. Annual membership dues per household are $50, unless a household wishes to contribute at a higher level. Dues are good for the calendar year (Jan - Dec).

For an individual membership (single member, 1 vote), annual dues are $30. For those aged 65 and older, individual membership is $20 annually.
