The East Lawndale Halloween Block Party is a one-of-a-kind event in Houston's Forest Hill neighborhood. We close off a residential block to create a car-free, pedestrian-friendly environment where families can trick-or-treat safely. This has become a cherished neighborhood tradition, with wide community support. Families from the surrounding area travel to Forest Hill to participate in the festivities.
